Cycling enthusiasts who enjoy exploring the world from the saddle of their bike can rely on a range of specialised services in the Karlovy Vary Region, including repair services, rentals and shops for cycling equipment, as well as transport services. You can use Cyklo Egrensis, an integrated system for transporting cyclists and bicycles on cycle buses throughout the Karlovy Vary Region.
Five main routes are available:
- Red: Along the Ohře Cycle Route to the Ore Mountains
- Blue: Between the Střela River and Vladař Hill
- Orange: Through the Cheb and Vogtland regions to the Přebuz Nature Park
- Yellow: Through the Rolava River region to the Blatná Ditch
- Azure: Spa Route from Mariánské Lázně to Aš

České dráhy offers bicycle rentals, including bicycles, e-bikes, scooters and cycling equipment for women, men and children, at many of its stations. The greatest advantage is the option to return the bicycle somewhere other than where it was rented. This makes it possible to combine a cycling trip with hiking.
